Geiger has acquired Fogelsville, PA-based distributor GiveMeFive.Com (Five Thousand Forms). Financial terms of the deal were not released.
The new name of Five Thousand Forms’ will be Give Me Five a Geiger Company. According to Pennsylvania-based distributor, Geiger’s technology contribution would help them prosper in an evolving marketplace.
In 1973, Herb Levy with Linda Levy had started Five Thousand Forms, along with several family members, as per the sources.
