Clichy, France-based BIC Graphic announces the acquisition of Boston based supplier Rocketbook. The deal closed on December 15, for $40 million.
Rocketbook was founded by Joe Lemay and Jake Epstein in the year 2014. It sells Core and Fusion notebooks reusable notebooks used with erasable pens powered by the company’s cloud-connected application.
